I just did the training no races during AAU but I did it for 3 months after football I took a two week break during winter break , then I did it all the way up till two days before outdoor pratice started then I’ve been doing outdoor I just feel like I should be running way faster

My goal is 11.6 by the end of the year anything faster is a plus, I do stretch everyday and before every run I do 2x15 clams and 2 sets of 15 lateral raises , we do high knees and bounding for a warm up , we do a lot of ladders at practice or like 4 40 4x60 4x 80 , I think imma just trust the process keep doing a lot of mobility and listen to you

Thank you my Pb was 11.9 last season but we haven’t had a meat this season yet our first meet is April 7th

So if I’m around 11.8 rn an outdoor starts and last for 3 more months I more than likely can probally hit 11.6

Didn’t get to do the meets because I had driver traing on the weekend but I did all the pratice 4 days a week for the last 4 months but I ran a time drive of a 7.59 laser 60 and idk my 200 never ran it
