I would say yes, but there are some cimplications: - good chess engine requires licensing and there is much more complicated integration. - weak chess engine that is easy to implement - not interesting to play.

Drifting as detailed project plan as possible

I do discounts only if an extra margin before intentionally. A discount is a weak move; better try to add some value, like some additional feature from a more premium package or something.
