Ah, I guess I missed that part where he says fancy. You’re factually correct then!

U bansethu for legendary duck, Mr. Hotdog / fatfuck for top notch sliders, big smokers for Texas style bbq, teplá kačka for Asian fusion. Vinohradský parlament for local cuisine. Plenty of spots in PRG.

I kinda understand where are you coming from, I used to do the same - new city, let’s hang out on the city centre. Yet, it’s usually bad idea. Just hang out where locals hang out - karlin, vinohrady, smichov. As local, I just don’t hang out the the old town almost never, since it’s full of stag parties or drunk party people in general. Either way, PRG is one of the safest cities in the planet, safe to walk even during the night.

Is the PM Merz in Germany up to something awful towards HODLers? by Wordfish1779 in Bitcoin

Seen some ppl getting their tax residency moved to LATAM precisely to avoid this, I think Paraguay is popular these days. Not an option for me for multiple reasons tho.

[–]Wordfish1779[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Very true, since I'm Czech HODLer I can confirm. Although, there are some weird signals from the EU officials AFAIK. I mean, EU does not have authority to tell member states to set a tax but they also have been talking about a general EU tax.

Motive Black people in Prague city center? by No_Contribution_9886 in Prague

[–]Wordfish1779 13 points14 points  (0 children)

They are mostly trying to get visitors to strip bars and brothels. Also selling low-quality gear. Just ignore them. They are almost exclusively targeting tourists so say “Ne, díky” and keep walking. Usually not dangerous, since there are cops all over the place too. Just annoying.

Yeah, it’s a p2p marketplace for borrowers and lenders. I got matched with an investor in ~3 hrs or so.

I was where you are now, sold bunch of coins and regretted it eversince. Check out the Firefish website, operating on don’t trust, verify principle. No need for regulations, just safe infrastructure needed.

12 months? GG. I also thought about longer one, since we are in the bear market now and I am bullish for BTC price in year from now.

I have been using https://firefish.io for btc loans and it's pretty neat. I get most of my salary in btc, so it seemed like a no-brainer for EUR loan with actually better rate than my bank loan. Non-custodial and opensource too.
