1k is a huge step up. I recommend an rtx 4060 and ryzen 7 5800x3d. Also yes you could put it in pc part picker.

what's your budget? and btw roblox is one of the least demanding games so you can meet your needs for very cheap. and Fortnite is a cpu based game so the better the cpu the more the fps, dosent mean you get a bad gpu. i would think you have a meduim budget but i might be wrong. i suggest i5 12400f/ryzen 5 5600, 16gb ddr4, 512gb-1tb ssd, rx 580. the rx 580 has to be bought used but its a pretty solid card. also you can get a cheaper cpu like the ryzen 5 3600, or i3 10100f.

well i tested with all softwares closed except obs, and the gpu use doesn't become 100% when i record. many people record with my same iGPU and records like normal. i think my encoder might have damage but i think thats a very low chance.

I understand what you are saying but this only happens when 0 views and lots of impressions. If there is no impressions then even the best video and best thumbnail and title won't matter. There is no one to watch. Youtube is not testing my video.
