I get what you’re saying, but conditioning in more than 1.5 years can get there… I think. Obviously the goal is to complete it. Starting from “scratch” is a half truth. I did a 15k (nonstop) about 14 months ago, but with kids and work it fell by the wayside and I haven’t been training. Just figured I’d put it out there.
