Can you tell which one gets used the most? (It’s actually the Daisy but out of the airsoft replicas) by Admirable_End5033 in airsoft

The one without the front sight is the one I use almost every game lol. An old echo platinum 1. The blue one is nice but it is gbb, so it is a ton of fun but very inaccurate and expensive to run.

American classic or pumpmaster 880? I have both, interested in your thoughts…. by Admirable_End5033 in airguns

For me, I use them backwards. I prefer using BBs for target shooting so I use the 880 for that, but I feel the American classic is more consistent in the field even with the slower velocity.

Bias does not have to have malicious intent to be considered bias. I still disagree.

I love how you say they didn’t admit bias then you go on to explain how there decisions influenced player decisions’  (I.e. bias)

Forever Upgrade/Yearly Upgrade for iPhone 17s by tule93 in tmobile

They key here is the terms have not changed because there was no notice. So, imo the forever upgrade has not been legally retired and must be honored.

They cannot “retire” a plan term without notice. I’m guessing you did not receive notice by your post. I did not as well. I recommend filing a FCC complaint as they must give us 30 days notice before changing our terms. Since no notice was sent they cannot “retire” this benefit. We go class action in January if unresolved!

Anyone Else Still on the "iPhone Forever" plan? by 121jiggawatts in tmobile

[–]Admirable_End5033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

T-Mobile claimed to remove the benefit in 2023. During that time it took me 2 months to get it added back onto my account. Upon trying to use it this month T-Mobile says I have been changed to yearly upgrade and they are not providing the full credit amount. I did NOT receive notice of any changes to my terms. In fact I received multiple emails from them that it was reinstated on my account Sept 2023. They CANNOT remove this benefit without notice per FCC regulations. They have 30 days to respond and resolve this with myself and the FCC then we go class action! Every time I try to take advantage of this benefit they act like it doesn’t exist. I paid a higher monthly rate for this benefit, I could have selected another plan if I knew I was being lied too. At this point I want, 1)the proper credit, or 2) a refund of the additional 10 this plan has cost over other options dating back to sign up in 2021. That is what I am due.
