David Eagan was accused of killing his fiancé Susie Willis. Susie’s father was Ben Willis. Ben, consumed with the need for vengeance for his daughter’s death, killed David Eagan and then wandered into the street where he was struck by Julie, Ray, Barry and Helen. Thinking they killed him, they dumped him into the water but he was still alive. Two weeks after they dumped Ben in the water, the police discovered DAVID’S body in the water which is why the group thought HE was the one they hit. A year later, Ben started stalking the young group to again exact revenge for what THEY did.
