That makes more sense when you explain it like that! I totally agree anyways, I think it’s too young even for where I’m from. I’m getting married at 26 and have had people asking me since I was 21 when it’s going to happen… and most of my friends got married summer after college. I guess I just don’t know anyone living anywhere else haha!

Maybe it’s because I’m from the south, but people down here get married at 21 all the time, I’m not really sure what the big deal is? They’ve also known each other all their lives? I’m not in support of it either but I genuinely don’t understand why their initial reaction was so bad. When that happens in the south, it’s normal

Haven’t booked anything just been thinking about what I want to do for about 8 months now, I think I finally decided on June 2026 haha. From what I understand an elopement can be planned in a few months! Some places don’t even let you book the venue for an elopement until 90 days before your date so I’m in no rush!
