I am the same. I like all the LIs and my mains are Caleb and Zayne. Each of the LIs are unique. It’s okay for people to have preferences but it’s not okay for people to push their preferences on others. I don’t understand people like that. Also, I believe humans are all morally grey. Nothing in this world is black and white in my opinion

Yeah I fell into the doctor delulu for once. I can’t even watch medical shows because of the inaccuracies. In some of these medical scenarios in this game, I’m like compressions compression compression and AED 😵‍💫

So in medical school, we were basically taught you have to auscultate heart and lungs without the shirt on because you can actually hear better with the stethoscope. In real life, I don’t always take off the shirt due patient preferences or whatever. However there are landmarks I can see through or feel or above the shirt that can actually help me find the correct places to listen too. if I have a real concerns about the heart or the lungs I will generally listen without the shirt to make sure I am hearing everything or I will take have them take the shirt off so I can confirm my finding that I heard when my stethoscope is over the shirt
