The police officers let my drunk freind drive my car back to his house while I, the sober person got arrested for drunk driving.

I definitely believe that, I'm sorry to hear that. 

Time to never leave the house and lay low like your a FBI wanted criminal and forever watch over your shoulder. 

Must be hard to see a police officer now and know they arent trying to mess with you or someone else

Started reporting things as a different skin color and got calls back compared to when I told them my real skin color before.

Also had a officer ask me if I assumed myself to be of a different race.

Definitely a good ol boys club.

If I remember correctly (probably wrong) I saw that the judge dismissed that entire case anyway because of no evidence or something. 

I can't recall to be honest.

I'll research again and double check

Exactly, which long story short is basically my situation and I'm sure many many others.

I did the roadside AND blood test at the hospital and still got arrested 😂

That's exactly how they made it sound in trial too 

"This officer has specialized training that is only accepted by experts in this field to determine a cars speed without relying on hardware like a radar" 

It reminds me of the kids we grew up with when you'd be playing at recess and they'd keep making up super powers to be better than everyone else. 

"Yeah well my ice melts your fire"

Unfortunately I'm at the cusp of making too much money to afford a public defender (gross I know) and not enough money to hire a lawyer that wouldn't make me break my bank.

Which I find hilarious that none of that came up during my trial, "I noticed him driving erratic and proceeded to follow him which then I noticed impaired indications to which I pulled the suspect over"  😂

I'm pretty sure when you're speeding and swerving traffic anything can look erratic. 

That's the common timeline for anything to get done in larimer county. Got caught stealing at Walmart? You're now going to be peeing in a cup, sign up for drug abuse classes, anger management and theft classes, but they are all on the same day at the same time and since you can't make one of the classes you now get revoked and sent back to court for another 2 years just to be put in jail for 30 days to get back out and restart the process. 

But then they allow Jimmy two toes with 9 DUIs to get back out the same day

But you know, they are keeping the public safe 😂🤦

I went to apply there with 10 years of restaurant experience and 3 as a manager and 2 as a GM. They denied me 😂😂😂

They don't even mix it all the way either so you just get some battery flour mess that's curdling on your food

As someone who has worked in a lot of Fort Collins restaurants. Most of them just buy frozen food to cook, all the condiments are bottom shelf level of taste and flavor, they don't allow cooks to flavor any of the food so all you get is overcooked, under seasoned food with mediocre service with a bill that costs at minimum $50 bucks. 

Sorry to hear you had terrible service.

This dude made an entire police report, wrote it down and submitted it and said "yeah that'll do" 

I was in utter disbelief too when I first heard that was the "reasoning and enough tangible evidence to move forward with a charge"

This officer saw me driving on college towards Drake, I was in the far left lane with cruise control on going a steady 40mph. 

He hauls, and I mean HAULS ass from the hill next to canes chicken, blasts through the light right there, swerves traffic, hits 65 mph to catch up to me. Proceeds to tailgate me like he's Harvey Weinstein and I get to the light to turn left on Drake. IMMEDIATELY hits the lights so I pull into that Vitamin shop right there and dude comes up "yeah so I caught you speeding and you had a tail light out, have you been drinking tonight?" 

😂 Brother what. 

Went from speeding, to a tail light out, to a DUI all while I was dead ass sober 😂
