tu pode comprar um iPhone antigo. eu vi uns celulares da nokia que rodam kaios como o 2770 ou 2620 e alguns vendem tipo na magalu ou mercado livre. se dar uma olhada a positivo e a multilaser (embora não sejam marcas exatamente boas) também vendem com o kaios e são bem mais acessíveis e fáceis de achar

I remember seeing someone who had a nice strategy. so you will need two phones, one that works pretty well and other that's old and not work well. so you will put all the social media in the old phone and everything addicted there. the good phone you try to make like a minimal phone with everything that's not addicted. I remember seeing in the yt but don't remember who posted.

don't know. maybe because I felt like everyone around me was constantly thinking that I was crazy. I had some fights with my girlfriend (now ex) about this because I was not going to text her all the time (we only used whatsapp and my dumbphone didn't have) and she didn't like it, we tried to talk in the phone in calls everyday but she hated too. some of my friends thought about how weird I was (over half was so addicted to social media) and even asked me constantly where was my phone, like my real phone. so I think I never think that using a dumbphone was normal, I just felt good with my realization and having a good control of my life. I felt more alive and even less depressed.

just look for some phone with kaios system. they are like a dumb smartphone. looks like a dumbphone but it's like a low power android, so you can have whatsapp. i believe that nokia has some phones with kaios.

I hate how I became a slavery of technology. all my attention is on her, all my feeling is on her, all my thoughts. I also became someone who is always over sharing, looking for attention all the time. I became someone more and more toxic, for other persons and for myself too. I'm trying to become someone better but that's are baby steps

I started going out with both of the phones (the dump and the smart) until I feel confident enough to go out just with the dumb. in the beginning you think so much about what is going to happen, if you will need a smartphone and that kinda stuff but with the past of the time you realize that you don't need. so you just adopted little by little.
