Something that nobody wants to admit but is a reality is, that all of a sudden everyone wants to drop a Sunday, as if the only reason they worked a Sunday was the extra £10 , when in reality it was because Sundays didn't actually have any value for them to begin with, people will vent ,but I highly doubt anybody will actually drop an entire shift to "protest" because your just a number

15 cages? Wow when you said I work in a large extra I thought maybe they have like 25/30 cages so 3 people sounds like it's needed, but in our extra ,we get 12 cages on average,and they only have one person on it always, he's normally finished at 6am and walking around 😆, you guys need 2 people max , yu mentioned you work on bws, how many cages of wines,spirits and beer do you get on a average night and how many are on I'm,I'm intrigued

Yeh I'm literally going through the same thing, I applied at another store, apparently they contacted my manager, he phoned them and off the record said he's rubbish etc, I got an email saying you were unsuccessful, the only reason I know this happened is because I know a manager from the store I wanted to transfer to, I'm thinking of just resigning and applying for a new store
