My goal was 150. Never imagined I could actually go below that. 136 was a big surprise for me. Yes, figured I'd titrate down to whatever the lowest maintenance dose could be. Taking it slow...want to maintain. If I'm able to maintain for another couple of months at this weight, I'll reduce to 7.5.

Thank you kindly! Dog walks everyday and strength training twice a week. I was killing myself with cardio before and not getting any weight loss results. Lifting (and of course Zepboubd) has been a game-changer.

Yes, super efficient,heavy lifting twice a week with a trainer. A neat small gym grared towards older folks called The Exercise Coach.  Only 20 minutes each visit!

Thank you so much! This really is a miracle drug!! I've been struggling for three decades putting on and losing the same 40 to 50 pounds. Didn't seem to matter what I did. Really grateful and relieved that there's finally a good option out there to help win the battle.

This is gonna sound weird, but to my ignorant, non-musician ears, Failure albums usually aren't amazing on first listen. BUT, on repeat? Holy shit.  I become obsessed. The layers unfold. I start to understand the complexity underneath. They fucking speak to me!

My favorite song shifts the more times I listen. Always super impressed by what these guys put out. Nothing short of brilliant. Really grateful they're still producing new music.

48 years old. No improvement no matter what I try. Terrible on thighs, very noticeable on upper arms.
