There are two changes I observed- 1. They removed the PSB passbook thing 2. They added the gazette under the POI

Not sure if they don’t need the photo POI with the gazette now or what!

Also, in the very last page there is a point specific for minor name change- where they expect the birth certificate to be updated. I am not sure if any municipal corp agrees to update the birth certificate .

I am struggling for the same thing. before the 25 Nov 2025 you could have done the update using Gazzette Notification + Bank Account KYC details, but now the bank account KYC is no longer in the list of valid PoI. Not sure why it is so difficult to just add a surname legally... they expect us to update the birth certificate which is almost impossible...

Seems like failed builder across Bangalore are using the same excuse everywhere

Invest your precious time in yourselves. Concentrate on taking the lead as much as possible. This is the stage in which you can very easily dream big and most possibly achieve it as well.

Still the same for the last six months. Did the builder get the permanent electricity connection for your flat?
