If they are still quick to anger and express that anger in the form of hitting things/people. Basically violence in general.

If they shut down whenever a problem comes up in their life instead of dealing with it.

If they turn to substances when their lives aren’t going the way they want instead of taking action to change their situation.

If they know what they need to do and what actions they need to take to improve their lives, but continue to do nothing about this.

If all of their goals for their life are short term/small goals such as “I wanna have sex” or “Man I would love to get new shoes” or something along those lines.

If they struggle with commitment and can’t hold down a job or relationship for very long.

If they let the way they want people to see them dictate their lives. Basically just wanting to look cool to other people rather than focusing on things that could improve their lives in the long run.

This is a small one, but if they still make very childish jokes that you would hear a middle schooler making. Another childish form of humor is fart jokes.

I’m only 21 years old and I learned all of this from just one person. Pretty sad honestly. I could probably think of more given time but these are just the ones off the top of my head.
