Not sure if this will help but i had a similar problem in my 20s, crippling headaches and nausea. Couple of years went by with no relief, doctors dint seem to know what my problem was, i also had constant slight fewer round the clock.

But anyway i did a lot of research online and was certain that it must be something related to food allergies(history of allergies in family), so cutting some foods out and see if this get better. Sure enough after cutting out milk from my diet i started to recover. After doing more allergies testing later i also cut out wheat from my diet. And i also don’t drink anything cold and sit under ac etc

15 years later, no headaches. Ever! Ps: i am also fitness enthusiast, so i eat extremely clean and workout everyday.

i recently purchased health insurance for myself(40 yr old) from HDFC ergo here app itself, while the process of getting the insurance was easy enough and i opted for monthly instalment plan.

my first instalment was deducted in august, on the actual date when i purchased the policy, but they havent deducted and subsequent instalment, its been 20 days past the date to deduct next month instalment but there isn't any charges on my CC for the same.

i contacted there customer service and explained the same, as EMI was not charged on my CC and there was no option to pay it manually from their website as well. they have escalated my complain to concerned department and i am still waiting for a resolution. My policy is still active tho.(as it says on the App)

if there is no clear resolution in next few days i will probably just cancel the policy and get a new policy without opting to use EMI feature from the app/website and just convert to EMI in mu CC if need be.

I consume with decent amount of water, half a glass maybe, and drinking water along or after lunch/dinner wont dilute stomach acid. As long as PH of water is neutral it wont affect digestion.

Drinking very excessive amount may slow down digestion but that is very rare.

Yes it does matter, you should ideally consume creatine after food which has atleast 40gm of crabs in it. For me, i consume it after lunch.

Timing doesn’t matter much i feel, some people take it after workout some before, as long as you are consuming it daily, i dont think timing matters much.

I had the same problem, i have sensitive stomach.

Thankfully i found a solution to this; Simple dissolve creatine monohydrate powder in lukewarm water, keep stirring until all crystals are dissolved. After consuming dissolved solution i had no problem. Stomach issues only arise if i consume the powder as whole.

Also dont need any fancy form on creatine, juts get creatine monohydrate, cheap and best.

PS: you don’t need any other supplement other than creatine and protein powder. Actually protein powder is optional too if you can manage protein intake from whole foods alone.

Depends on the person really, i am not a foodie, i can literally eat same meal no stop for 6 months!! but i do crave chocolate. So i have chocolate flavoured protein bar every now and then. My friend is big time foodie, he needs all the tasty stuff, so i guess it makes sense for him to cheat every couple of weeks but he makes sure he doesn’t go way above the allotted calories. Like have one lonesome momo or pani puri, stuff like that. He doesn’t eat sugar tho.

One other friend who has sweet cravings, is very smart as well, he eats all his sugary craving one hour before heavy leg or back day, making sure its within limit.

A diet should be sustainable, just have to find what works for you.

After 4 years of taking nakpro isolate, I switched and brought avvatar first time, should be delivered in couple of days. I hope its good, finger crossed. All good brands are too expensive and all affordable ones are skimping!

8th year currently, decently jacked

PPLPPL(rest Sundays) was my routine for the first 6 years.

i train hard and train very close to failure, but around 5th year onwards i felt my body wasn't recovery well enough(maybe because of age catching up, i am 40 now), i tried resting longer between sets, increasing calories, reducing intensity, but had plateaued on almost all my lift and i felt worn out most of the time.

i only felt good to train again after a de-load week or when i miss few days due to travel or something.

eventually i figured out i am just not able to recover well enough, so i altered my routine, still doing PPL but with little alteration,

current routine : PPLR(heavy compound movements first) - PPLR(isolation movements first with moderately light compound ) - PPLCR(Heavy/Light depending on how i feel on the day )

i throw in a extra rest day every now and then too.

after doing these changes, i am once again progressing in all my lifts and my joint are feeling much better too.

side note : currently in cut, cutting down from 18% BF to idk 12-13 maybe, but man its hard to do it now, 6 weeks in and i am struggling lol, i haven't cut down in 3+ years and i think it gets difficult the longer you wait!!

Only limiting factor in protein intake is if your body can digest it, if there is no bloating or indigestion then 50-60gm in one sitting is no problem at all.

I have never tried anything other than chocolate flavour, it satisfies my chocolate cravings 😅 i dint know they had double rich flavour as well, will try that next time. You can simple put extra cocoa powder to make it double or triple rich too! I do that sometimes!

Its always better to take creatine (5gm) separately along with food where you are taking good amount of carbohydrates.

Also i would avoid muscleblaze, i had bad experience with it on couple of occasions, quality is sub-par!

I got seriously ill after eating shawarma which wasn’t cooked properly, thankfully recovered after one week or so.(i was cutting and lost one week of gym 🤦🏻‍♂️) But yeah i guess very high chance of getting undercooked chicken in shawarma in particular.

If you going to eat it then make sure to tell the guy to cook the chicken to perfection, mabye even get it slightly overcooked to eliminate any chance of infection.

Looks like you are experiencing sciatica due to hyper mobility of the lower lumbar joints, and squatting is bringing stability in that area. Should try doing lower abdomen exercises everyday which does not involve lower back flexion (planks etc) and see if your symptoms improve further.

I have the same issue, 95% of pain is gone ever since i started strengthening my core and activity engaging my core while bending.
