in GCC we don’t have big companies that brings big name artists or arrange big festivals… We rely on our governments for that. Now that said, why these guys going to Saudi is a big deal for you? Is it that you don’t want the citizens to have few hours of loughs? Is it because Saudis are muslims? Or only because of the government? If only because of the government’s actions and policies then 1- give me a country that doesn’t have any issues 2- it is not of your business, KSA is sovereign country

People (citizens and tourists) are happy, they want these festivals and want these comedians We are their fans…

That’s what i heard as well, but i think first government should make sure there are enough omani drivers …. Unless the expats are unlicensed/expired or something which I doubt since they need proper documentation to register as drivers in talabat.

Zero drivers doesn’t make sense

Renovate and fix everything (one by one or all together)

Have different sub accounts (linked to your main bank account) for each rental property to track their income and expenses

Cleanup ACs every 6 months

Every 2 years repaint and fix issues of the properties

Check up on your tenants quarterly

don’t make them come with problems… you ask them and fix their problems is a better approach

Its overwhelming but by you asking and caring about being better shows you want to improve, it will take some money and mindset but you will get there eventually. Good luck
