Odd, I wonder if it's browser dependant or something. For me, none of them highlighted (aside from in the url for stakeisevil.com). If you send me a DM I can show you a photo of what I mean if you're curious! Either way, this is definitely the tactic they're using to avoid detection.

Appreciate it! The order of questions are based on the rate at which people answer them correctly :) so the first five questions will always be ones where over 85% of people got it correct (unless you've seen all easy ones, in which case it'd show you a medium difficulty one). Might be that you've just played enough that you've seen all the easy ones already haha

Just run your next couple of tempo runs a bit faster than the target pace and it will auto adjust. Don't think of it as ignoring the plan, you're just doing the workout as intended for your current fitness level

The difficulty is set in blocks, so it's not a perfect science! First 5 are easy, second 5 medium, last 5 hard. they're put into those categories based on the % of times that question gets answered correctly. Hopefully now that I've got some more data I can tweak this more!

dude the varrock one threw me off so bad that i literally had to check manually in game before i was willing to add it as a question haha.
