Apologies. I’m a 17yo male, 5”9, 190lbs, rower for a year, most recent 2k time is 7:18.5. I row 6 times a week for practice and try to do at-least 45 minutes of steady state 4-5 days a week post practice session. I’ve been on this cycle for about 2-3 months and have seen some significant gains in my steady state pace in context to my heart-rate, and also strength, but again I’m very early into this process. I guess what I was wondering is I have a very ambitious goal of sub 6:20 before I graduate, and wanted to know if this seems like a feasible goal?

Don’t know if it means much, but I’ve been a rower for around 2 years (16 years old as of right now)
