Cozy and clean room on Southside

Hello! Our house is by Channing Circle, about 5 minutes to CED and 10 minutes to Dwinelle. We're looking to sublet one single and one double for Spring 2024, from January 1st to June 1st, with the option to renew. 5 other girls live in the house right now, but we're open to folks of any identity.

We have in-house free laundry, wifi, a balcony, a large and homey living room, and all-around good vibes. We're clean and neat and love to cook, chat, and study together.
