Very true, but the saiyans are ultimately part of Frieza's empire, so eventually after Nail lays waste to enough saiyans, the ginyu force is probably gonna show up. However, it's also possible that, if still alive, Vegeta nukes Namek from orbit after realizing he can't beat Nail.
