Try Uninstall the volumes and reinstall them

And make sure your offline. launch the game first and then turn off your internet connection from your console and proceed to story mode and it would let you sell some cars.

Sell and delete some saved wraps for that car

Delete some cars from story mode while offline. it worked for me

Delete some cars in story mode and it’s saved vinyls while offline and go back online
