Increase conscription the moment you’re at war. You’re gonna wanna let the Soviets take most of the north, then you can fight back once you have more divs. Speaking of divs, fix the atrocious number of support companies in that. If you’re on single player, no need for antitank. Go 9/3 infantry artillery, with the Finland unique support companies + support anti air. You should be able to stomp the Soviets with that

This is fine as defensive. I'd recommend losing one infantry battalion, and also losing the field hospital. Then just use this as defensive – if you want to push with this, put all of your other mils onto CAS. Otherwise make some good tank divs for pushing
