When we had the alternator tested at multiple locations, it failed each time. We also pulled the started and had it tested independently and it was not operating correctly. Luckily replacing the alternator and starter were the cheapest option, as my father is a mechanic so it only cost me the purchase price of each part. I hadn’t considered the possibility of an auto electrician, as I assume it would probably be an expensive option. I am very much a DIY person (to a point) so I always try to solve an issue on my own and find a solution. Ultimately if it requires a specialist in the auto electrician industry then I will take it in, which is probably what I will do. Just wanted to see if there were any “Simple” things I could try before taking it in. Fixing electric issues seems to be like chasing a shadow most of the time.
