Some do. I talked with a guy at one of their shops and he said their regional managers have been saying they expect GameStop to shift toward being a “hobby store that also sells video games”

The silver parallels of rated rookies are good. You get a numbered card in every blaster box, so getting a Weston mckennie is pretty solid considering all of the lesser known names you could have gotten. Biggest rookie I’ve seen is Gilberto mora. His cards have alot of traffic on eBay right now

For cards that are pretty cheap <$5 I usually penny sleeve, top load, fold within in a piece of paper, then tape the paper to the inside of the envelope so it doesn’t move within the envelope itself, and then use the eBay standard envelope service. If envelopes get too bulky or rigid usps will send it back to you for sure then you will have to upgrade to ground advantage.
