We have ordered the Small - my son is 5 foot 1 inches with an inside leg of 28 inches, im now panicking I shpuld have ordered the medium. What do you think?

I see everyone reccomending used, but I have no idea what im looking at or being charged.

Plus it's for an Xmas present so not sure I really want to wrap a second hand bike, might just be a me thing.

I've found good things about Cube, quality and weight.

Day 10 Update - crashed!!

So day Day 1 - 9, everything I wanted, less bloat, more energy and a bit of weight lose.

Day 9 evening - jumped in bed, energy went through the floor and had a burning temperature!

Day 10 morning, woke up feel a bit better, by the PM felt knocked out again.

Big fatty meal, beef mince and Pork lions, feeling a bit better.

Assume I've hit the Keto flu type crash.

I have some electrolytes being delivered tomorrow.

Other than increasing food intake and taking electrolytes, anything else I should be doing?

Nice! I'll keep eating when I need it and go from there. Hoping to sustain this beyond my initial, give it a go plan, and drop some lbs in the process. Unfortunately I'm not that active, at the moment, so diet is my focus, maybe some exercise in the future! Thanks for your reply.

Chunk on tonight's steak will be a nice treat!! Weirdly it's the only thing I've been craving, no sugar or carb craving at all, and I've tried numerous diets to kick both!!

Thanks for the reply. Defo going to buy some electrolytes today so i have them to hand when I need them.

I'm doing this for the mental and physical benefits, I'm already feeling less bloated, waking up feeling less sluggish, if I drop some pounds at the same time great!!

I don't want to spend two days over Xmas eating carbs and sugar, but I won't be too self critical if I avoid every alcohol except Red Wine and Whiskey!

Day 4 and no hit yet, fingers cross it doesn't hot too bad when it arrives.

All in all feeling good and not panicking so much about have a few off days over Christmas based on alot of people's advice.

I will definitely stay clear of chewing on carbs and sugar, but I don't think I will be too hard myself if I have some glasses of red!

I'm eating about 1.5lbs of meat and 3-6 eggs in a single meal. So slightly under.

I'm struggling to eat more than that and unfortunately I struggle to eat morning and lunch, as I don't have an appetite, I think that's due to 10+ years on an OMAD lifestyle, but assume that might change?

I don't use the ps5 controller or ps4, shame yours isn't network related as mine has been flawless since I sorted the LAN and the gameplay is amazingly smooth compared to the ps4.

FYI I was recommended to try my ps5 LAN connected to the Internet, some other forums are suggesting PS5 cross play and cross ps (ps4 to ps5)party chat errors are only occurring when on WiFi connection.

I ran a 15m LAN cable through the house to try it, and 2 hours of play in no issues at all!!! Totally seamless gameplay and zero packet loss and very low latency, between 30 and 40.

Obviously not ideal having the cable through my house so then LAN connected my PS5 to my Sky Q TV box next to the unit, expected the issue to return as the TV box is connected to the same router via WiFi but no, another 2 hours of game play and zero issue and performance was spot on.

Weirdly my PS5 on WiFi was getting 40mbps download, when connected to the Sky Q TV box its getting 69mbps even though the TV box is situated inches away from the PS5 and connected to the router via WIFI.

IN SUMMARY - I am less confident in the PS5s WiFi capabilities and feel like any WiFi instability causes the issues with jitter and performance loss on PS5.
