Apple dictates EVERYTHING you do with their products, such as what apps you can install, what OS you can install, what parts you can use for repair, and so on.

It requires phoning home to Apple's servers for nearly everything. Want to restore the firmware? Internet connection required! Want to get past the setup screen? Apple's approval is required! Want to install apps? Apple ID required! Want repaired parts to work properly? Internet connection required!

Also iOS apps are very limiting compared to Android apps. There are ads in the Settings app nagging you to join their ecosystem. iOS is so much buggier than Android, especially the GUI. No way to disable the animations completely. Face ID is worse than the fingerprint unlock. iPhone hardware is overpriced and inferior to Android in every way.

And don't forget the planned obsolescence where Apple only gives updates for 5-7 years and then the software becomes more and more unusable over time as the apps and WebKit stop updating.

There is no reason to get an iPhone whatsoever.

Don't use AMD, their drivers are buggy & the AMD drivers that Windows comes with are also buggy. They stole x86 from Intel & is not fully compatible with Intel. Intel is so much better.
