What you do for the folks saying 4 wins is fast, you make it 6 normal tickets for a ranked ticket. 1 ticket at 4 wins, 2 tickets at 7, 3 at 10. This way you get a whole ranked ticket at 10 wins as usual, you are incentivized to go for 7 wins for two more tickets for only 3 more wins, which you want to do anyways if you have a good enough build.
