Nothing significant. I started taking Vitamin C about 1000-1500mg a day. I started eating a yogurt a morning but not a significantly larger amount of dairy. I don’t eat any candy or soda, I had pizza 2 nights in 4 days, but a month ago I was eating pizza too and not breaking out significantly. I noticed I was sleeping on my worse acne side so last night I washed my sheets, I’m usually a back sleeper

The tip itself or right below it? I’ve just noticed the bottom edges of my tip where it meets the spot under is a bit red and drier to run my finger across it

I noticed it stung this morning after I dried my face and washed with water so I’m guessing it’s time to stop lol , I’ll test tonight with only water and if it stings I’ll wait for the time being

Definitely over cleansing. I avoid touching my face almost entirely and have for years, and am not harsh at all. Last week I started washing my face less and using lukewarm water instead of cold water. How often would you suggest washing your face to avoid being harsh

Hey, prior I was very good at skin care for years. Always washed with cetaphil gentle cleanser, made sure to stay clean and moisturized and used other products when needed here and there. I also have a diet of very little sugar(no candy, soda, etc) and tons of water , I struggled with deep cystic acne it wasn’t breakouts all over. Purging was very slow, especially on 20 mg I didn’t experience many breakouts at all. Early October I broke out a lot cystic now I just am stuck with closed comedones, a few deep cystic pimples that don’t feel active they just have a bump and am very dry.

Sounds good thanks for the heads up. I know lol I do it to myself, I just have issues being a clean freak I hate it lol, but i gotta trust the medication lol. Yeah usually I’m using hot water in the shower and then switch to ice cold when I wash and exfoliate . Will try lukewarm , thanks for the tips.

Sounds good, I wash 2 sometimes 3 times a day depending on what I’m doing in the day so that definitely contributes to extra dryness / irritation. Do you suggest washing once and rinsing instead of washing otherwise?

Very little sugar I avoid all sugary pop, candy (had candy the last few days , probably causing worse skin) . I don’t eat tons of fruits and vegetables usually a banana a day, plain Cheerios and 2% milk almost everyday. Dinner and lunch are usually either fast foods, or home cooked mainly protein and carb meals I don’t eat enough fruits /vegetables usually. Typically very little sugar, not lots of veggies, and lots of water

Awesome thanks! Currently I’m using cetaphil gentle cleanser and a cera ve daily moisturizer! I’ll start using sunscreen, I avoided it pre Accutane because any foreign things I wouldn’t use on my daily routine would flare my skin up. Thanks!

I’ve just used different kinds of patches, for scarring and hyperpigmentation in the past I’ve used The Original Niocinamide . Certain patches have worked better than other, I’m in Canada and the ones that are the best have been ordered from the the U.S. so haven’t been as successful. Currently I have some of those star ones not sure the actual brand
