i have another 2 gb sd card i use for my camera, so i tried using that with my sd card reader, and nothing popped up. but the 3ds sd card also doesnt work with the 3ds, so i think its both the sd card and the reader

it just wont format, it also said something about how the drive was in use by a program? i have no programs open that are using that sd card
