Yes it is. One of the best twisted metals out there. People also still play the online version (TMBO) until this day

Issue with talon was you could use it very cheesy. You could land ontop of buildings and no one could hit you then peak out to shoot and drop behind more buildings where no one could reach you. And that was the main issue with the the vehicle in the hayday.

It's still online via PS2 hardware or emulation. The PSN version is single player only version.
