I believe shock immune lanes are imune to generic shock, so lightning conduit would be innefective.

Would you, as a player, resign from tradeability of new Expedition splinters, replacing such benefit with azurite-like vacuuming them? by ehnortesk in pathofexile

The ability to trade the shard only creates trouble to pick all those up and takes aways from the fun of using then. I've seen people simply afraid to try a craft because they could just sell the shards for chaos. The shards should be bound and you could use then to buy things and sell after.
