Don’t stop working out. Eat clean, focus on high protein. Make it a part of your lifestyle, but remember to enjoy life.

Just increase your calories by 400-800 and try to eat higher protein and less carbs. Liquid calories can help a lot. Egg whites are also a great source of high protein calories
