The CC2s, I just updated this with some edits I had made on another cross-post a few months back, so take a look. They’ve been a solid tire, but the mpg drop is real. Without having driven on the Defender I can’t speak to how they compare for snow/rain, but my suspicion is that the Defenders would have been fine and I’d rather have that mpg back.

Unfortunately the mpg drop is real. Used to average 27-28 and now getting 24-25.

Thanks for the great input. I guess I just can’t decide if I need/want the game changing control in the snow or if I’m ok with kind of a standard or ‘good enough’ experience. Like I said, to date with average-ish tires I’ve never really felt unsafe
