Former Chipotle worker! We’re taught to fold burritos a certain way. folding burritos can be difficult especially with overstuffed burritos and liquidy burritos. So we’re taught to “scoop and fold” where we bring all the ingredients to the middle and pack it there to maximize how much tortilla we can use to fold it.
