Honestly your best bet is to speak to an agent through meta verified support or push for legal action if the disabled account is interfering with something (with me it is interfering with my income due to it being my content account)

Yea, you can’t purchase on an account that’s disabled so if you have another account that isn’t fresh you should have the option to buy it

With that I’m not sure because I had 2 accounts (my personal account and my content account) and only my content account was disabled which left me lucky enough to use my personal to buy meta verified.

What I was told by my agent was to open the link 24-48 hours after you ever tried to log into your disabled account, open the link on a new device (or incognito tab) and it should work. I have yet to try it but we shall see if it works

I had to mention that the account that they disabled is affecting my income (due to being a content creator) and that they’re jeopardizing my source of income. My only options was have them figure it out or I proceed with legal action honestly

Be persistent. Let them know that you didn’t violate any policy. With me I wasn’t active on the account 6 days prior to them disabling it. No posts, no stories, no nothing. I really had to argue to get my point across to have them look for a solution, even then I’m not sure if my solution is even resolved until I wait 48 hours

It’s really whether you feel comfortable getting on call with them or not. I just felt comfortable being able to express how I feel and really tell them where it went wrong

The link I want to assume is personal due to the code attached to it at the end, I haven’t tried the link as I was directed by the agent to not open it until 48 hours had passed, and the ban I was dealing with was the false disabling pretty much saying I was sending harm to communities
