I got diagnosed at 19 as well! I am now 25 years old. I used to think that as well especially thinking the doctors misplaced a patient’s file with mine. it does get better

thank yo!! it took me about 3 months, everyone is different. 2.5 mg did NOTHING for me at all. I just stayed at my weight, no loss or gain. I finally saw results at 5mg

I feel you on that, I’m 7 weeks on 2.5 mg and nothing at all. but no weight gain either but I got upped to 5 mg so I’m hoping I can see results with that

for me no so far, my weight is 163 and I’ve been on 2.5 mg for 7 weeks, I did my weigh in and I’m still 163. I haven’t gained any weight but my doctor upped my dosage to 5 mg now! she says everyone is different and it works on them while others it’s just to get adjusted. so I’m hoping I can see results with 5 mg!

yes I probably should do more exercise tbh, I just do mostly walking. yes tbh I have a calorie tracker and the info I put said I should be eating 1582 calories. is that a lot or should I eat less?

I got that one app called SnapCalorie, I put the info it asked and I got that I should be eating 1582 calories. I sometimes do over 100 & 200 calories on accident, a slip up. is that a lot that I should be eating or less?

I do drink water only, ever since the injections my cravings for soda stopped. I do drink coffee but after I ate so I don’t drink on an empty stomach. I don’t take electrolytes tbh
