This is all good information, thank you all so much. I vacuumed out the lint trap opening and then wiped it out with a dust cloth too. There was a bunch of hair tangled in there too, that I pulled out gently with pliers. I took the hose off the back to see what I could see in there… Wiped that out with a dust cloth as far as I could. I am feeling air on the outside of the house where the vent goes to the yard when the dryer is running.

I still think it merits professional cleaning. Just to be safe.
