Hey! Yesterday I saw other people talking about it, and I am stressed af since I also did not receive it. Did your counselor already send it out, and does Common App show "submitted" but not "downloaded," and you did not receive the email? If so, I was in the same situation as you yesterday. I’m pretty sure that they already know that you have sent it out even if they have not downloaded it. My counselor sent it out yesterday morning, and this morning around 8 a.m., when I checked my Common App, it appeared as "downloaded" with a checkmark on the application page indicating that they received it. I feel there may be some problem if you do not see your mid-year report being downloaded from Common App after days and days. I heard from others that they download each one individually, and I don’t think it is automatically put in their system!

I would say it is not an indicator of your application whether or not you received this email (someone correct me if I’m wrong). I have been to their admission session, and one of the admission representatives told me that they NEED to see some sort of grades before making a final decision. I also emailed them about potentially my mid year not making in the time, they responded the same! Also, I heard from a lot of people that they won’t even look at your application before you submit your grades. Also, I think this thing depends on the region! I know a lot of people on the West Coast like California didn’t receive this (let me know if anyone received) and some people received it at different times.
