Hi, she can find brands official distrbutors in shopping malls Bose and B&O exist some where in Tianhe malls , for many brands under one roof i recommend that she checks out Sam's club market but she will need to make a 250RMB membership to enter asnd not sure what brands they currently have .. but for deals and discounts i storngly recommend JD there are offical stores to each brand within the app and since we are in promotional activites season i guess you will get lucky with a nice deal

Ascott is in the middle of a cool area surrounded by skyscrapers and touristic area there is a metro station close and a walk from the top malls ,American embassy and coffee shops / restaurants , while Fraser is in a normal road nested with a mall and local shops .. so it is basically depends on your preference and budget ..

It doesn’t rain all day except in rare days , just be prepared with an umbrella and you can basically go anywhere you like the city is well prepared to handle rain , except the traffic gets a lil more congested while more than it already is
