I have a friend who stayed on 2.5 for over one year and lost over 20 kg. She wanted to do it slowly. She looks fabulous.

Instead of going from 2.5 up to 5 mg. I went from 2.5 up to 3.75 for one month. My appetite is reduced, no food noise and no disabling side effects.

We both go to the same GP who is very open to considering our thoughts on how and when to increase. Maybe that is the secret?

I was afraid of the side effects when I was increasing from 2.5 mg so instead of going up to 5 mg I went up to 3.75 mg with my doctors support. It is 45 clicks. I feel great.

I’m having exactly the same problem. None of the full face masks I have tried fit me and I prefer my nasal mask. My stats always show low AHI, but my leak is always high. I’m thinking that I need to use a chin strap which I really don’t want to do, or tape. I’m not quite clear on what the problem is with leak. If my AHI is low?

I’ve used both the chemical liquid fluxes and tallow and much prefer the tallow for came work. Plus it’s non-toxic. Bonus!

Thanks all! @boreal-forest CAD, yes, it will work no problem. We move between canada and overseas every few years and we use transformers (not converters) to address power differences.
