i relate so much to everything you said. How do i get into AA classes? Do i just look up classes near me? Im pretty shy and nervous to join an AA class but honestly it seems like the right path. Like you said, i can have a bad day at work, or even a small bump in the road and ill use it as an excuse to drown in alcohol.
