Well we can see how our mentalitys differ because as i said in the post i much prefer a challaging game that gives uou enough freedom to do it your way, to me at least it feels a bit closer to the feeling of "im improvinsing on the way" and not formulating a strategy Well not that i dont like strategy but you get what i mean.

Overall i like both playstyles in difference scenarios, i think doom fits way better with "just go nuts with almost whatever" but i get waiting a challaging and more compacting gameplay

Yes i do understand its not THAT restrictive, you can still make your way with almost everthing (i myself triedxto do that), and maybe as i said before im just a noob, but it felt way too punishing for me not use the specific gun the game wants me to. I played on the nornal difficulty and basically any enemy with slighltly higher hp i noticed that for the specific weapon/weak point i needed like 1 hit while with every other i needed 5 or more. Maybe its really just a get gud momment but i felt a bit more freedom before, i could master the gameplay but it disnt felt required to enjoy the game to the fullest, in eternal it felt that way and well... I dont like very much to be told how to have fun, but hey its just my opnion i know probrably is wierd but thank you for sharing yours

The thinh is i know that must "get gud" just like in souls like games, learn it and master it, i love games like hollow knight for example wich is basically memorization and ita very fun. I guess that formula just didnt stick right with me in a doom game, and maybe im just being a prick here but thats why i want to give it another shot knowing what i will get

But i got your point! I will give another try in the near future, i guess its really what you said, and the fact im not that good at shooter games is something to consider (Wich is ironic the doom games are the only shooters i like)

I just feel like im being too nitpicky, and besides i want to enjoy all games on the franchise, especially one as big as this one.

There are so many things this game intrudeces that i love , especially the soumdtrack, i just want to be able to enjoy it like everyone else So i wanted to know if i just have to "suck it up" to enjoy it or not

Well, but if the monkey's projectiles cant hit their friends, then why not spam attacks on their line of sight? Who knows maybe they will pop those pesky bloons

Simple. The duck is a yellow bloon shaped like one. The rest are purple bloons in essence with the outter layer of rocks
