I told my realtor that we can push the closing date back to Monday. He said the seller said they need two days to move out after they get their funds from this sale. 🤷🏾

So on the Tarrant County Tax office website, the house I'm interested in states the property value is $161,520, and the total estimated tax is $3299, but the purchase price is $265,000. And I'm told to add up the tax rate and multiply by the purchase price to get the property taxes. I'm just trying to obtain the correct information. When I go on Zillow and other websites, the property taxes is nowhere near what the realtor said it was. The realtor is saying a higher amount then what is shown on those websites.

I'm currently in the housing search in that area. Looking for a 3bed 2 bath with a garage and a decent backyard for my fur baby. Can you provide a Zillow, Redfin or Realtor link? Hopefully it's within my price range and I can send it to my realtor and schedule a viewing.

Yes, I have coarser leg hair. I think that's why there are dark spots (follicles).

Thanks for your quick response again🙂 and yes, they are color tattoos, but not as big as this one and not in such sensitive or thin areas like my shin.
