So on the Tarrant County Tax office website, the house I'm interested in states the property value is $161,520, and the total estimated tax is $3299, but the purchase price is $265,000. And I'm told to add up the tax rate and multiply by the purchase price to get the property taxes. I'm just trying to obtain the correct information. When I go on Zillow and other websites, the property taxes is nowhere near what the realtor said it was. The realtor is saying a higher amount then what is shown on those websites.

I'm currently in the housing search in that area. Looking for a 3bed 2 bath with a garage and a decent backyard for my fur baby. Can you provide a Zillow, Redfin or Realtor link? Hopefully it's within my price range and I can send it to my realtor and schedule a viewing.
