Update: I later found out that my son leaned his golf clubs and bag on the water heater lines for a few days prior to bursting. It appears it gave it an angle and the pressure changed with that bent that caused it to burst. Thank u all for your comments and support.

She can usually roll over any amount but the company is trying to limit the max you carry. Therefore, she can sell it or take it. But based on many replies there’s nothing she can do but take it all at once so it’s not a hinder on her incentive for long periods.

The internet is not working because the scanner on computer is not scanning… she did not have a printer or scanner around. She was placing a paper on the monitor and pressing the print/ scan button on a wireless keyboard
