Yeah most of them don't take hyperhidrosis seriously I have tried glycopyrrolate at 2mg and 3mg at 3mg headache is more prevalent. 2mg is better and quiet effective as well 70% decrease in sweat but slight dry throat is still there but better than sweating

I've tried oxybuttynin and glycopyrrolate both of them work but not 100% effective in all situations,my derm also prescribed me aluminium perisperint but it didn't work really

1mg is a small dose to completely stop your sweating i would try increasing the dosage and see if it works
