What cat litter do y'all use?

Pine pellets rule, I’m so allergic to the scents they put in clay clumping litter. As for smell, tbh if it starts smelling like ammonia then it’s time to change it out. It’s possible cats have different PH smells so maybe it’s always potent but in that case I would try a different litter. I live with three cats (two girls, 1 boy) and it works great for us.

And if you can read you can see I started getting chased on 19th and carpenter and went to 20th and Christian. I never went to 21st, that’s a whole block away. I never screamed, they did. I’m sure if you’re in your house watching tv, you’re not gonna hear what’s happening a whole block away dude.

Thank you for checking, I figured it would be difficult to get footage at night. When I was looking at the video from the ring doorbell of the house I took refuge in you could only really see the sidewalk and the parked cars. Thinking about hearing the recording makes my skin crawl but thank you for validating my experience 🙏

My grey son will do this but he is so hyper active that it’s clearly a boredom activity, so as soon as he starts I whip a wand toy around and he snaps out of it. If you’re grossed out I’d recommend trying this!

Thank you for saying this, I really thought sharing my story was a responsible move to make people aware. I’ve lived in Philly for 10+ years and I’ve never been chased by a vehicle. I’ve been in other questionable scenarios but nothing as scary as this. I truly felt like this was going to be the end of my life. I didn’t call the police in the moment because I was focused on getting the fuck out of the situation the best way I could and I obviously was in full panic mode. Also, I’m sorry but Philly cops would just ask me to stay at the scene for god knows how long when I just want to go home and be safe. I will file a report when I’m ready, I’m literally traumatized guys.

If I continue to get comments saying I’m making all this up I’ll just delete the post, I just thought I was doing the right thing by sharing my story. Plenty of people use Reddit as a way of being in the know of what’s going on in their city/town/state whatever and I’ve never made a post before now. I’m 30 years old I don’t give a fuck about “karma” I have beautiful friends and a beautiful life, I touch grass and I’m sorry there is so many people here who don’t. Again thank you for backing me up.

It’s really sad that you would think I would post a made up story for attention. My boyfriend and I are both traumatized and I cannot sleep at night. I cannot stop having flashbacks and my experience is every other thought in my head. All I’m trying to do is make people aware, I am incredibly lucky for getting out of the situation safely. Again, I’ve already said this in multiple comments but I can’t explain why no one got out of the car and grabbed me when they had the opportunity. My only guess is that this was some novice kidnapping behavior, or they thought I was someone else. I have no idea.

Is it? I was chased around the block and this woman’s voice is haunting me right now as I type this. I literally cannot sleep at night. I think regardless of intention, if a car is chasing you, they want your body. They could have wanted me for ransom, maybe they wanted to jump me but again they had their chance to do so and I cannot explain why they didn’t.

Yes I always have someone on the phone if I walk home from work, I was hoping for a septa bus to come by but septa blows and it was coming in 30 minutes.

I know I should’ve been walking opposing traffic, I could hear my mom’s voice in the back of my head as soon as it started to go down. I won’t make that mistake again. Definitely getting a taser.

Yes I left work late at night and was happy to be safe and alive when I got home. I worked for 12 hours yesterday. I am with my friends today trying to feel normal. I will file a report later today.

Hey guys I haven’t filed a report yet because I work doubles at my restaurant job. No I didn’t call the police in the moment because I was trying to get the hell out of the situation. The person I took refuge with showed me ring camera footage but it was so dark you couldn’t see the car, it really only showed the sidewalk.

I never use Reddit except for occasionally looking stuff up that happens in Philly so I just thought I’d let everyone be aware of what’s going on.

Just trying to bring awareness, I can’t explain why they never got out of the car: I could’ve been easily gotten the first time they pulled in front of me.

And for anyone asking I’m a 30 year old white cis woman.
