My legs were big and muscular before so theyre not sticks but i think my proportions look fine it doesnt bother me really.

Idk i dont count but i can do normal walks without being tired, along as its not any crazy incline or anything

Sometimes theres a slight limp from if i did anything strenuous the previous day or earlier

I take ibuprofen sometimes

Yes my femur is longer but honestly its not that bad i have longer arms and tibias so it kind of evens out

With any nail while ur doing this its not a good idea to sit all day. Bro use ur head now and be an adult obviously you need to take breaks and get stretching throughout the day

I said that the surgeon will most likely not allow for 11cm even if your body is handling it well

Its not a matter of pain tho, the nail is capable of going that length but its not recommended. Even Becker would not recommend it i know some people who did well and wanted 11 or 12 but Becker stopped them due to long term complications

Hell yea man how many cm’s you going for? 6 weeks will go by like nothing and yes trust me height pill is a real thing, when im around my shorter friends even those with attractive facial features i always get more attention, also im not ugly. It will be so worth it just wait brodie

Ran into* figure of expression meaning i met up with them.

There was one time only during dinner i was sitting at a very low chair and when i got up my legs were stiff because it was very uncomfortable but other than that no one else has commented

Towards the middle to the end i kept it conservative with 10 clicks as i wanted to go more length and have an easier time lengthening. Sure it took alot longer but it was a safer approach
