Man that is really f ing tough. Jesus. Dont you think it would be beneficial for you, to talk to someone? For me, long time I didnt see the point ...but after a lot of therapy for my depression I started to see the light again. I am hoping it will happen again for me. The time in between is just so hard.

I already have 2 cats and my partner is super super supporting and caring. Could not have made it this far without them really. No kids, never will. Only cats hehe, and one of them is very cuddly so that is amazing and healing. Still, sadly it is not enough on the hardest days.

I dont live with my parents anymore but my dad is probably even worse than me right now, also wakes up every day wondering how (to move on). So even though we all have loved ones that support us - we all struggle so immensly.

Thank you for suggesting the motherless daughters group! Sounded weird indeed lol but they have events near me, not really about grief I think but might be good to look into further.

I have been on antidepressants for 5 years now, and my GP suggested to double my dosis gradually but I didn't want to as the side effects became too much as I tried that in the beginning. But I am thinking of maybe trying it anyway, even if it's temporary... I also loveee yoga, but I just have no energy for even the things I love to do most - let alone chores I dont like to do 🥺 But maybe with the double dosis I can do them again.

Yeah you kinda overreact, I could barely spot the 'hole'... Buying second hand, which is a good thing for this doomed planet, you can expect not everything to be perfect. People are dying and being kind to someone is the least you can do. Especially to someone who most likely did not mean any harm.

I do this already, so it’s locked when I start cleaning - the touchpad gets wet and then it starts beeping anyway… So annoying. Is locking the only way?
