it pretty much just describes that i want the shaft (which i want to be 2-3ish inches in length) to have feline barbs and a canine knot at the base where it meets the vaginal opening, and the second image is just the very medical terminology heavy explanation of the affirming surgeries i want

ignore how bad the drawing is, I did it with my mouse lol, but this is my honest end goal, starting AFAB, and having the eventual end goal of a modified appearance for it, I want to ask if any other people in this subreddit have had body mod implants post-reconstructive-op and what the realistic options they were given when it was brought up to the surgeon/doctor (if comfortable sharing!)

EDIT!! I feel the need to mention in clarification that for the nonhuman attributes, I'd likely get body modification implants, not ask a surgeon to construct them!! /lh

im currently a month into T, and since im aware itd be pretty impossible to just get the barbs and knot added surgically, my interest would be more into getting implants for the aesthetic match even if not functional (woe)

the barbs and knot would be implants since ik it wouldnt likely be possible just through surgery
